Christmas is coming!!!!!                         But do you need help??

Elf on the shelf is a great way do get your children excited for Christmas. Basically as most of you know you hide the elf everyday (giving the story that it went back to santa to tell if they were naughty or nice and then it comes back and hides) and they have to find it. Your children have to know though that in the elf on the shelf story book they are not supposed to touch the elf, and you are supposed to read the story book before you get him out of the box using tongs (cause you can't touch him) and then give him a name and thats how he comes to life ;) There is also a movie on elf on the shelf. Kids love getting involved and it makes them a little extra good when they thing these elves are watching them.

At grocery stores like Loblaws, around Christmas time they sell these little funky cookies that have sort of an elf on the shelf on them. They are fun and they taste GOOD too.

These are just fun ways to hide your elf. Especially with the jersey you can buy online.
Okay, this ones cute although if you have a younger kid I wouldn't really recommend it because they wouldn't really understand it, or at least put a different video game or a movie that are they age appropriate.
We like to decorate our tree with some big ornaments and some small, we also like to choose colours and stick to them and ours are always gold and red but you could make them what ever you want.
The pillsbury cookies are THE BEST and kids can help. They are also low cost and easy to make.
Cookies are so fun to make in general but kids love to make them to they get to participate. Or maybe if you don't want them cooking they they can I've them with assistance.

You could also take kids skating. I know I love skating just make sure they have skates and I would say a helmet but thats really up to you.

HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS!!! BYE :)
